Chris joined the Halikos Group in 2005 and was educated in the Northern Territory and has spent the past 20 years in the field of Project and Design Management. He has been a project leader on a number of major projects particularly for the Department of Defence and the Northern Territory Government. From 2002 to 2005 Chris participated as a member on the board of the Territory Construction Association, the peak commercial construction body in the Northern Territory.

Chris’s managerial experience has equipped him with the skills to view issues at a senior management level. He has honed his ability to focus on those issues critical to project success including management of both complex construction and varied human resource issues, leading to all projects Chris having worked on being completed to the date for Contract Practical Completion.

Chris’s experience on the following milestone projects show his ability to lead both by example and directive:

• Royal Darwin Hospital Extension 2014/15
• Eden Gardens Housing Development, Berrimah North 84 Duplex homes
• Larrakeyah Residential Redevelopment, Larrakeyah 97 homes
• AFL Football Complex and Grounds
• Rosebery Schools Project

Regan Anderson joined the Halikos Group as Halikos Developments General Manager in 2008. Regan has achieved nearly 40 year’s experience in Property Development and Construction, primarily focusing on high rise developments locally in recent time and Brisbane prior to 2008 with Australand.

Regan’s Development Team includes experienced Project Managers, Design Managers, Site Managers, Contract Administrators, Document Controllers, Foremen along with a dedicated on site Safety Advisor and Administration support.

Matthew Lee has enjoyed almost 30 years in the construction industry and without saying has gained experience in a multitude of core management areas.  Engaged by the Halikos Group early 2006 as Halikos Construction’s senior Contracts Manager he leads their administration team and is directly responsible for all procurement and administration management of Halikos construction projects in Darwin.

During Matthew’s time with the group he has implemented reliable cost control and administration forecasting systems ensuring all monthly milestones and contractual obligations are met. Successful management of projects such as the Royal Darwin Hospital Extension, Larrakeyah Redevelopment, Rosebery School and Darwin Middle School has led to the construction team successfully completing all projects on time and on budget.  During these projects Matthew built very strong relationships with clients such as Defence Housing Australia and the Departments of Construction and Infrastructure.

Kasi Chong joined the Group in 2010 commencing as our Head Office Receptionist at the end of her school studies. Kasi joined the Development Team in 2011 and recently graduated from her 4 year Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) at RMIT Melbourne. Kasi’s current role is Development/Construction Co-ordinator supporting Regan Anderson.

Darren has 26 years experience in the roofing industry which is invaluable when providing strong leadership and direction to his dedicated team.

He joined the Halikos Group in 1992 and became Manager of Halikos Roofing in 2004. Darren has extensive experience in both roofing structures in cyclonic regions and in working at height.

Geoff Weeks joined the Halikos Group in March 2011 as Executive General Manager of our Hospitality Company. Prior to 2011 Geoff was with the Mantra Group as Regional General Manager North Queensland overseeing General Managers of 14 properties from Mackay to Port Douglas.

Since joining the group Geoff has been a key player in the rapid growth of Halikos Hospitality which now manage and operate up to 800 Apartment/Hotel Suites in the Darwin CBD. To honour his dedication to the local industry Geoff was recently appointed to the Tourism Board of Commissioners.

Kristy has over 10 year’s experience working within real estate and joined the Halikos team in 2010 in the role of Property Office Manager, managing both staff and all commercial properties on behalf of Halikos. Starting out in her early career as a Personal Assistant to the Directors of another local real estate company, Kristy has since developed her knowledge in residential property management and, for the last five years, in the commercial property industry, Kristy has had a large amount of contact with NT Government Properties division, relating to leasing and management.

Bill joined NT Fasteners as Manager in 2008 after a strong career in Industrial Sales with Blackwoods NT for a 10 year period.

Tony joined Halikos Group in 2001 as a Sales Representative. After completing a Bachelor of Business degree in 2005, Tony was appointed Manger Steeline GRP in 2006.
