Northcrest’s Newest Residents – Meet Kasirai & Jane

What a great way to start the New Year!

Yet again, the Halikos Group is excited to celebrate another milestone for the Northcrest development. With a number of people finishing their homes, residents are beginning to move in to the development.

Newest residents Kasirai and partner Jane have recently moved in their brand new home at Northcrest.

We asked them what they love about their new home and living at Northcrest. “We decided on Northcrest because it was a new development and we wanted to be in a premium estate” Kasirai said.

Kasirai and Jane’s new home is situated in the first stage of the Northcrest development. “We love the proximity to the city and to Casuarina the most. Its so easy to drive to everything”, “We built a nice home with Beare Homes and we are very happy” Jane said.

Kasirai and Jane built a 4 bedroom home including 2 bathroom ensuites with a double lock up garage. “It’s great to see new homes being built around us”. Kas said.

Our display village is off to a flying start after the Christmas and New Year break with great activity on the first weekend back. “The development is really moving ahead and we have met lots of really nice neighbours. We just love it here!” Kasirai and Jane said.

The Northcrest Display Village is located on Rueben Avenue in Berrimah and is open 6 days a week.
