Northcrest Intersection now open!
Halikos Developments and Northcrest are please to announce construction of the Stuart Hwy, Lagoon Rd and Northcrest signalised intersection is now complete!
Please be aware of changed traffic conditions speed limits.
The new controlled and signalised intersection will be the point of arrival and main entry for our Development and will provide broader benefits to the community including:
- Safe Pedestrian and cycle pathway connections across the highway.
- Safe, efficient transport connections with the addition of two new bus stops; and
- Improved traffic safety at the intersection.
We would like to thank our local civil contractor – THE Mining – and all local consultants and suppliers for their efforts to deliver this great outcome for our community.
