Halikos wins rights to make Berrimah Farm a Community

The long awaited Berrimah Farm subdivision came a step closer in early November with the announcement of the Halikos Group being the preferred contractor for the project. This was the culmination of a rigourous tender process and our Directors John Halikos and Shane Dignan are very proud of the Developments team for producing an outstanding submission.

The team at Halikos look forward to sharing our vision for this exciting new development in the new year. We will have a focus on employing local staff, supplies and contractors therefore reinvesting back into the Northern Territory economy.

The 168ha Berrimah Farm site is expected to create new opportunities for housing, schooling, community recreation along with providing a brand new entertainment and commercial precinct.
