Halikos in the running to build a new community at Berrimah Farm

The Halikos Group alongside two other local companies have been selected from a pool of eight, which included international contenders to submit a comprehensive proposal to be given the opportunity to be awarded the Berrimah Farm Development.

Berrimah Farm is a premium location which will deliver a community where residents live, work, learn and play in an integrated and sustainable estate. Lands and Planning Minister Peter Chandler has been quoted to say “This will be a community that not only supports 6750 residents but will attract visitors from surrounding suburbs by creating spaces and place people want to be in.”

The Halikos Group is very proud to be selected to be in the chosen three to submit a detailed proposal and we look forward to the prospect of delivering a future sustainable community.
