Harry’s Place Office Fit Out

Harry’s Place – ‘a shared community space’, offers a range of community, allied health, education, training and direct care services and incorporates a fully operational Administration Building for Carpentaria Disability Services.

The commercial office fitout for this project was completed by Halikos Developments with Practical Completion achieved on the 14th of December 2018.

The project delivered a unique shared services facility in the heart of Darwin’s northern suburbs and supports the community sector and non-profit organisations through shared corporate and reception services, adaptable conference and meeting room facilities, specialist consultation rooms and open plan functional office space.

Throughout the project Halikos created approximately 50 local jobs utilising local subcontractors and suppliers which ensured the financial benefits flowed through into the local community.
