H on Mitchell Apartment Hotel was officially opened by the Chief Minister Adam Giles on 13th October. This contemporary 17 level 183 apartment complex fills an important gap in the market providing specialised accommodation to suit corporate and project accommodation.

Originally the Top End Hotel, the original buildings were demolished in early 2014 and over the following 16 months the Halikos Development team and their contractors constructed 124 one bedroom and 56 two bedroom executive residences over 17 levels. Three levels of undercover carparking is also available for residents and guest alike.
