• The fitout of PowerWater’s new corporate headquarters consisted of three main areas, the fitout of level 6 & 7 offices, the fitout of the ground level retail shop and the base building works and of levels 1 & 2 offices.
• As the Mitchell Centre is an operational office and retail facility, the challenge here was to ensure that construction activities did not impact on the centre’s operations.
