Driver Multiple Dwelling Development

Halikos Construction have been contracted by Venture Housing Company to construction mutiple dwelling at the Palmerston suberb of Driver, official turning of the sod took place on Monday 24 November 2014.

The dwellings form a component of 160 new affordable dwellings (worth over $60 million )to be constructed and managed by the Territory’s affordable housing rental company, Venture Housing, over the next two years. The homes will ensure families and key workers can continue to live in the Territory and contribute to the development of Northern Australia.

The team are busy working towards a tight deadline.  Further updates will be posted in early 2015.
