Established in 2003 the Property Management division is a key addition to the Halikos Group, with its dedicated and professional team focused on providing a comprehensive range of services to residential and commercial property owners and tenants.
Halikos Properties has extended its core services to include property management to ensure maximum ongoing value and returns for owners as well as greater certainty for private and business tenants who can continue their tenancies with minimal disruptions.
Halikos Properties also offers the services of three licensed real estate agents who can assist private investors, as well as exisiting Halikos clients, with their property investment acquisitions, right through to the provision of comprehensive property management and maintenance services.
Halikos Properties provides support to the other divisions within the Group by offering property management advice, up-to-date information and marketing intelligence for both rentals and sales supported by the latest technology and a team of experienced and dedicated professionals.
Selling off the plan and Sales
The Sales Team works closely with Halikos Developments to sell new off the plan apartments. Individual buyers can select a property that delivers a quality investment with good returns whilst also assisting owner occupiers to find their dream home.
Working closely with each client, our team manages the sale all the way through building completion to settlement and for investors they can offer a further follow up service in property management. We work in association with Halikos Hospitality and their extensive portfolio of properties to provide tailored leasing, rent back and servicing options.
We maintain close relationships with each of our clients so that we can deliver tailor-made solutions and outcomes which suit their individual needs and aspirations as investors or home owners.
Commercial Property Management
The effective management of commercial properties, both large and small, requires specialised skills and knowledge so both the owners and the tenants can operate their businesses efficiently knowing that the property is well maintained and managed.
The commercial division holds a growing number of high profile commercial properties which include some of Darwin’s most iconic building such as; NAB House, Frontier Hotel and 266 Trower Road.
The commercial property team at Halikos Properties has a diverse client base that includes major corporations and large government tenants, along with private businesses and operators such as hotels, restaurants, gyms, hairdressers, and cafes.
