Financial Director
John Halikos founded the Halikos Group in 1987 as a local contracting company. He has expanded the Group over the past 20 years into construction, development, manufacturing, and investment primarily focusing on the Northern Territory.
Shane Dignan
Managing Director
Shane has 27 years experience in the construction industry. He moved to Darwin in 1989 to work as a supervisor with Halikos Pty Ltd and was appointed Manager of Halikos Contracting. In 1999, Shane went into partnership with John Halikos and became Managing Director of the Halikos Group.
Regan Anderson
Developments Manager
Regan joined the Halikos Group in 2008. He has over 35 years experience in Property Development and Construction. Regan has previously worked for Development and Construction groups such as Australind and has extensive experience in high rise development projects.

Chris Giannikouris
Project Manager
Chris joined Halikos in 2005 after 11 years with John Holland Construction. He has significant construction experience, particularly on projects for the Department of Defence and the Northern Territory Government. |

Matthew Lee
Contracts Manager
Matthew joined Halikos in 2005 as Contracts Manager. He has 22 years experience in the construction industry, including 17 years with John Holland Construction and several years with Jennings Construction Management. |

Darren Mullan
Roofing Manager
Darren has 24 years experience in the roofing industry. He joined Halikos in 1992 and became Manager of Halikos Roofing in 2004. Darren has extensive experience in both roofing structures in cyclonic regions and in working at height. |

Tony Halikos
Manager
Tony joined Halikos in 2001 as a Sales Representative for NT Fasteners. After completing a Bachelor of Business degree in 2005, Tony was appointed Manager of NT Fasteners in 2006. |
