Our management systems are the key to providing clients and business partners with positive project outcomes. We have developed an overall project management system that focuses on cost control; construction programming; and the implementation of safety, environmental and quality management systems.

The Halikos Group was established in Darwin in the Northern Territory in 1987. Hard work and sound management saw the roofing business prosper, and Halikos Group established a property development division in 1994. The group has subsequently grown to include commercial construction, manufacturing, retail and property management. Today, Halikos Group is owned and operated by its founder John Halikos and his business partner Shane Dignan, who is also the group’s Managing Director.
