NAB Branch & Business Banking Centre Fitout (2007)

Halikos role: Builder $2.4m project

Fitout of the new NAB Darwin retail branch and the Business Banking Centre. All works associated with the complete fitout including: base mechanical, electrical and communication services; internal partitioning & ceilings; secure structures (attack proof walls & doors); carpet, fittings & fixtures.

Halikos role: Design & Developer/Builder for $28m project

7 level office tower with 2 under ground basements. In situ Concrete Structure. Glass facade with anodised aluminium sun shading.

Winner of MBA Excellence Award.

This building is in the process of achieving a 5 star energy rating.

Halikos role: Developer/Builder for $34m project

96 apartments in six 4 storey structures with basement car parking.
Construction included piled footings, in situ concrete and block work structure.
Structural steel roof framing with colourbond metal roof.

External works including access roads, landscaping and swimming pool.

Winner of Construction Awards, Territory Construction Association.

43 waterfront apartments and commercial precinct including restaurant & retail.
Boardwalk adjacent to lock.

Frontier Hotel Refurbishment (2002)

Halikos role:  Owner/Builder/Project Manager for $7.2m project

Refurbishment of 70 hotel rooms (5 floors).
Refurbishment of bottle shop, restaurant, bar and games room.
Complete upgrade of mechanical system.
Construction of 8 new apartments on Level 6.

New roof to hotel & new facade including external painting.
