A new oncology facility for Darwin located on the Roya Darwin Hospital campus to be operated by the Royal Adelaide Hospital and the NT Department of Health. Winner of 2010 President's Award, Master Builders Association.

Rosebery Schools, Palmerston, NT (2009)

A new 16 building Rosebery Schools Campus comprising a Primary and Middle School to accommodate up to 1600 students.

Leanyer Water Park (2009)

Halikos role: Builder $3.6m project

New waterslide facility, pump house, administration building and upgrade of security system as part of Leanyer Stage 2 redevelopment.

Darwin Middle School (2008)

Halikos role: Design/Construct $25.3m project

Works commenced wet season 2006, with the first concrete pour in Feb 2007. Stage 1 and Stage 2 were delivered ahead of schedule for the start of the 2008 school year.

Halikos engaged local consultants and subcontractors and was well advanced on RFT design during the tender period. When the project was awarded, the developed design was immediately submitted for review resulting in the earliest possible commencement of work.

The fitout of the new PowerWater corporate headquarters consisted of three main areas: fitout of level 6 & 7 offices; fitout of the ground level retail shop; and base building works for Level 1 & 2 offices.
